Where will my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from West Michigan Jewelry Exchange store in Grand Rapids, MI

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed from Monday through Friday until 4 pm everyday. No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays. All orders will generally ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. Processing times may vary in holiday season or due to bad weather conditions. During this time orders may take 7-10 business days or more.

Shipping rates

All our packages are insured, 100% secured, and require an adult signature to be accepted. Keep your ID ready for the FedEx or USPS delivery driver.
